Whether you simply want to enjoy the lightness of a short swim or swim laps for exercise: both are possible here. In our pleasantly heated indoor pool, you can float after a long day and switch off the noise of the day.

Sauna

Relax, strengthen your immune system and stay healthy. You can do all of that in our sauna area. Enjoy high temperatures in our Finnish sauna or relax body and mind at moderate temperatures in the infrared sauna. We are happy to support you on your path to healthy well-being.
